Issue/Introduction
You are unable to locate or install the native Microsoft Azure and AWS management packs within the VCF Operations 8.18 user interface.
You are attempting to use the VMware Aria Operations Management Pack for Microsoft Azure (8.18) as stated in the documentation:
VMware Aria Operations Management Pack for Microsoft Azure (8.18)
You may observe that only "Azure VMware Solution" is available in the native integrations repository, but the metrics needed are not collected by this solution.

VMware Aria Operations Management Pack for Amazon Web Services 8.18
Cause
Starting with VCF Operations 8.18, native public cloud integrations for Microsoft Azure and AWS are decoupled from the core product. The Microsoft Azure management pack reached End of General Support (EoGS) on September 30, 2025, and has been removed from the internal marketplace for new deployments. The AWS management pack remains supported but is no longer bundled natively.
Resolution
To collect metrics for these cloud platforms in version 8.18.x, use the following procedures:
Microsoft Azure Integrations: The native Management Pack for Microsoft Azure reached End of General Support effective September 30, 2025. It is no longer available on the Marketplace for new deployments.
Utilize the Management Pack Builder to collect Azure metrics.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Integrations: The Management Pack for Amazon Web Services is supported on version 8.18 but requires a manual download and installation.
Download the VMware Aria Operations Management Pack for Amazon Web Services 8.18
.pakfile.Log in to the VCF Operations UI.
Navigate to Administration > Integrations > Repository.
Click Add to upload and install the
.pakfile.
