Cannot enable attribute for use in Data Warehouse

Issue/Introduction

The out of the box lookup id 'BROWSE_PROJMGR' has been enabled through the backend for use in Data Warehouse for certain out of the box attributes however end users are not able to enable custom attributes using this lookup in Data Warehouse.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a custom attribute using out of the box lookup 'BROWSE_PROJMGR'
2. Click on 'Include in the Data Warehouse' checkbox then click on 'Save' button

Expected: Attribute to be Data Warehouse enabled

Actual:  An alert is generated - 'ODF-0920: Because this custom attribute uses a dynamic lookup that uses a language code parameter' so cannot be DWH enabled.
