Issue/Introduction

• After upgrading VCF Operations to 9.0.2 and SDDC manager to 9.0.2 VCF instance shows as blank when navigating to Fleet Management → Lifecycle → VCF Management → VCF Instances → Selecting specific instance
• HAR capture while reproducing the issue gives 404 error for GET https://<VCFOPSFQDN>/vcf-operations/plug/sddc-###/plugin/ops-plugin/###.################.js

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.2.0

SDDC Manager 9.0.2.0

Resolution

As per best practices please take snapshot of SDDC manager and Fleet Manager before reboot.  

Please also take snapshots of VCF operations as per documentation Create a Snapshot Before You Upgrade VCF Operations 

1. Restart VCF Operations cluster
   1. Ensure the cluster is offline by navigating to https://<primary-node-FQDN-or-IP-address>/admin> → Click Take offline
   2. Restart VCF Operations cluster nodes in the order documented in KB Shutdown and Startup sequence for Aria Operations cluster
2. Restart the Guest OS for the Fleet Manager appliance
3. Shutdown SDDC manager as per documentation Shut Down the SDDC Manager Appliance and power on SDDC manager as per documentation Start the SDDC Manager Appliance
