BMC Helix is a SaaS offering from BMC that using a different process than older on-prem BMC 

BMC Helix is an AI-powered platform for IT service and operations management (ITSM/ITOM), evolving from BMC Software's Remedy,

focusing on agentic AI to automate tasks, improve employee experiences, and boost IT efficiency for enterprises.

Resolution

Spectrum does not have a direct integration with BMC Helix, but using the OI connector,

you can send the alarms to DOI and use the ootb DOI integration with helix to accomplish this.
