VCF Installer: Add Host to DVS failed on Host: NoSuchElementException - No available vmnics found

Issue/Introduction

 Host could not be added to the DVS because all physical network adapters are currently in use. The VCF installer requires at least one free adapter to complete the migration.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x

Resolution

1. Free up vmnic1 on the ESXi host by removing it from the existing vSwitch/DVS configuration.
2. Retry the task from the VCF Installer UI.
