PAM - Getting Fatal Error : No supported authentication methods available server sent publickey

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes Broadcom Support needs to login inside the PAM appliance via ssh debug patch and putty, see SSH Putty 

you get this error when trying to login after typing root user

Environment

PAM 4.3

Cause

The putty version used to login to the appliance is too old

Resolution

Install the last putty.exe, for instance the .083
