Identity deletion still shows it in the Admin Roles in IDSP

Issue/Introduction

When deleting an identity in Roles in IDSP 3.x, a UID value is still in place of the name instead of deleting the grant.

In version 4, the name is still shown when the user gets deleted.

To illustrate:

Deleting the identity <username> but still see it in the admin roles on version 4.

When deleting an identity, the expected behavior of any role assignment is that the identity should be deleted.

Resolution

Upgrade to IDSP 4.1.0 to fix this issue when this one is available.
