Unable to select the VM's for migration, the option is greyed out and listing the error as "Cannot migrate workload, reason: Virtual Machine is in queue for migration"

The affected VM's were not properly cleaned up when a prior migration job about these VMs failed then was archived or deleted. During the validation of VMs to be migrated, references to this migration job are still associated with the VMs, marking them as still being in queue for migration.
Enhancements have been made to the "Force Cleanup" workflow in HCX 4.11.1 and above. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest supported version of HCX to consume all fixes and workflow enhancements.
