Load DWH Job Fails With Error "Could not login to Jaspersoft"

Issue/Introduction

The job status shows 'Failed'.
When viewing the job details, it shows:

ETL Job Finished Successfully
Error: NJS-0401: Execution of job failed.
Could not login to Jaspersoft, domains could not get updated for customizations

Environment

16.3.3 and below

Cause

The message means that although the data warehouse database is updated,
the Jaspersoft domain could not be update because the Jaspersoft service is not configured/started.

Resolution

After upgrading to 16.4.0, the job status will now complete and the job detail will show:

ETL Job Finished Successfully.
Job Completed   
Jaspersoft is not configured, domain updates will not run
