The VIP Enterprise Gateway console presents error 404 after upgrading on Linux
The user performing the upgrade must be the same user who originally installed VIP Enterprise Gateway. If the upgrade is performed by another user, the upgrades components of the web page are owned by the upgrade user while the existing files are not. This can cause 404 errors when the page loads.
Review the VIP EG files and folder ownership. If necessary, use the CHOWN command to assign ownership of all files and directories to the original installer.
