Uninstalling previous versions of DLP Detection server breaks currently installed version of DLP

Issue/Introduction

After migrating from 16.x to 25.1 and uninstalling the old versions files and folders are missing

Environment

Windows Server 

DLP 16.x, 25.1.

Cause

DLP installs now share the folder called account-storage. During the uninstall of the previous version that folder is being removed.

Resolution

Before installing 25.1 make sure that the appropriate HF on 16.x is deployed.

• 16.1 already has the fix for this issue, and does not require patching.
• 16.0 RU2 - Install HF5 for servers before installing 16.1 or 25.1 
• 16.0 RU1 - Install HF11 for servers before installing 16.1 or 25.1 
• 16.0 GA - Contact support for hotfix release.
