IG failed to start

Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error while IG failed to restart 

Caused by: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(NumberFormatException.java:65) [rt.jar:1.8.0_402]

at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:592) [rt.jar:1.8.0_402]

at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:615) [rt.jar:1.8.0_402]

at com.eurekify.security.SecurityServiceImpl.init(SecurityServiceImpl.java:74)

Environment

Identity Governance 14.5.1 

Cause

The property value is expected to be a number, but was not presented

Resolution

Connect to the database.  Update the record column Name "sage.security.credential.expiration.seconds" under SAGE_PREFERENCES to contain a number value (e.g 60)
