LCMCOMMON92001 -Error Unable to download patch 9.0.1.0 for automation

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to download patch, for components in VCF Automation. The process fails with the following error:

ERROR vrlcm[4312] [pool-2-thread-4] [c.v.v.l.b.s.u.UnifiedManifestUtility]  -- One or more selected files checksums does not match with any product versions supported by VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle: [/data/binaries/vra/9.0.1.0/vmsp-vcfa-combined-9.0.1.0.24965341.tar]
 
ERROR vrlcm[4321] [pool-24-thread-6] [c.v.v.l.d.c.t.DownloadFromBroadcomDepot]  -- Exception encountered when downloading the binary: One or more selected files checksums does not match with any product versions supported by VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle [/data/binaries/vra/9.0.1.0/vmsp-vcfa-combined-9.0.1.0.24965341.tar

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x
VCF Fleet Management 9.0.x

Cause

The issue was caused by lack of the free space on the /data mount in Fleet Management node.

We need a space on the /data disk to download and extract the patch files. 

Resolution

To resolve the issue you need to grant more space on the /data disk, you can do this by

a) delete old unused binaries from Binary Management 

b) increase the /data disk in Fleet Management, go to VMware Cloud Foundation >> Fleet Management >> Lifecycle >> VCF Management >> Settings >> Extend Storage
