This article describes the steps when your Organization request an audit report for the Antispam Quarantine released emails.

Resolution

In order to create an audit report for the Antispam Quarantine released emails, Administrators are advised to follow the below steps :

1- Log in to the Client net portal : https://clients.messagelabs

2 - Go to :  Reports > Report Requests >  Click Request a New report

3 - Select :  Email Detailed Report (CSV) >  and click  >  Quarantine (Email Quarantine Release and Delete detailed)

4 - Choose the reporting period and schedule your report accordingly by including the report delivery methods after you proceed to the next steps.

5 - Submit your report. (Click Submit request)
