SPConnectionWizard is being configured for your system hanging on Agent for SharePoint connection wizard installer

Issue/Introduction

Running ca-spagent-connwizard.exe, after entering credentials on the "Login Details" pane, this one hangs on, and it doesn't continue.

The Wizard shows continually:

Environment

Agent for SharePoint 12.8SP8 build 2892 on Windows 2022;

Resolution

Launch the connection wizard by the command with increased memory within a console launched as "Run as Administrator..." (1):

c:\> ca-spagent-connwizard.exe -jvmxmx 2048m

If the command above doesn't change anything, move the ca-spagent-connwizard.exe to the Policy Server and try to run it the same way as above (2).
