Issue/Introduction

z/OS MVS Java Agent is not considered defaultJobClass in initatior check.

When InitiatorCheck=SYSTEM or InitiatorCheck=WLM is active, jobs without an explicitly defined job class in the Automic job object stay in "Waiting for remote resource" status. This occurs even if defaultJobClass is set in the Agent INI file, as the WLM resource check logic may fail to correctly associate the default class with the availability check.
