Symptoms:

• Following error observed on trying to create new Cloud File System in existing VCDR environment (where one instance of Cloud File System is deployed earlier):
  
  "You already reached your organization maximum of 1 cloud file system.
Contact support to request an increase to the maximum."

This error is observed when hard limit to deploy Cloud File System is set to 1.
