Issue/Introduction

The option for configuring a Microsoft Azure cloud account type is not available in Aria Automation > Assembler (Or Service Broker) > Infrastructure > Connections > Cloud Accounts > [ ADD CLOUD ACCOUNT]

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x or below

Cause

Public Cloud accounts like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc, require an Enterprise level Aria Suite license.  Similarly, integrations (Aria Automation > Assembler (Or Service Broker) > Infrastructure > Connections > Integrations) like Ansible, RedHat Openshift, etc, will also require an Enterprise level license.

Resolution

Ensure an Enterprise license has been added to Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager Locker, then apply it to the Aria Automation environment.  If there is a lower level license already applied to the environment, it will need to be removed from the command line on the primary appliance using 'vracli license remove XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX'
