Issue/Introduction

After setting up a billing block for a channel customer, how long does it take for the cost data to populate in the channel customer's tenant. 

Resolution

Confirm if the customer's cost is already present in the partner tenant. If it's available there, then it should take about 24-48 hours to populate in the channel customer's tenant after the billing block is configured. 

If cost data is not populated after 48 hours please open a case with Support for further assistance.
