Our network team is sending traps from a device with the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.91.6.2
According to CISCO the OID should be supported by the EventMgrMIB
I have looked in MIB Tools under this MIB as well as one with the name OLD-CISCO-EVENT-MGR-MIB and neither MIB has this OID in it so the traps come in as "Unknown Alert Received From Device" which we can't configure in Event Configuration, because it will make all unknown alerts have be alarms.
The OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.91.6.2 belongs to the cEventMgrMIB (Cisco Event Manager MIB). This MIB is associated with the Cisco Embedded Event Manager (EEM) and is typically used for tracking policy executions and traps generated by EEM policies.

There were actually two instances of this MIB created (sadly). The .134 instance is supported on NX-OS. The .91 is for IOS.

Download the one on the above link, and rename the file by adding -IOS to the end:
CISCO-EMBEDDED-EVENT-MGR-MIB-IOS.my
Open the file with a text editor and add the -IOS to the name on line 11
Then import the mib into mibtools and add it.
Refresh the list in mibtools and then highlight the new file and go to map tab.
It should now be mapped.
