Supervisor upgrade failed with CsiControllerUpgrade timeout

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading the supervisor, the csi-controller component fails with below error:

Component Configuration error: Component CsiControllerUpgrade failed: Component CsiControllerUpgrade upgrade did not finish within 360 seconds timeout deadlineComponent upgrade failed.

Environment

vSphere Kubernetes Service

Cause

The csi-controller deployment is missing on the supervisor.

Resolution

Perform rollout restart of all deployments in vmware-system-appplatform-operator-system namespace: 

k rollout restart deployment -n vmware-system-appplatform-operator-system
