What is this change about?
Advanced Reporting powered by Jaspersoft within Clarity is reaching its End of Life.
Where can I find the End of Life Announcement?

Was Advanced Reporting/Jaspersoft called by a different name as well?
It is also known as CA Business Intelligence.
What is the End of Life date for Advanced Reporting?
In Clarity SaaS, it reaches end of life when Clarity gets upgraded to version 16.4.3, on 11 Sep 2026.
What replaces this functionality?
Clarity has introduced the native reporting functionality within the product.
Where is this available within the Product?
It is available in the Modern UX as a Workspace.
From which version is the natively built reporting capability available?
It is available from Clarity 16.3.3, which was introduced in August 2025.
What OOTB reports are being provided? And where can I find them?
Refer to the product release notes for the latest offering on the OOTB reports. The default reports of native reporting capability are available at Modern UX > Reporting > Reports.
Will the Data Warehouse (DWH) remain fully supported and maintained after Jaspersoft is decommissioned?
Data Warehouse will continue to be a native component in Clarity and is not affected by decoupling of the Advanced Reporting (Jaspersoft).
