Attempting to create vCenter adapter instance in VCF Operations > Administration > Integrations results in error - "Failed to create AI resource. Resource with same key already exists"

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to create and save the vCenter integration, the following error is encountered -
Failed to create AI resource. Resource with same key already exists.
Expected metrics are not seen under VCF Operations UI > Capacity pages
Environment
VCF 9.0.0
Cause
This issue occurs when -
- the same vCenter is added twice, once under the VCF adapter and again under the vCenter adapter
and
- the collector service is stopped on the existing vCenter adapter instance under the VCF adapter
Resolution
Don't attempt to save a duplicate vCenter integration, instead start collecting on the existing vCenter integration -
- on VCF Operations UI > Administration > Integrations > Accounts tab
- expand VMware Cloud Foundation, expand vcfdata, expand vcf
- select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) menu to the left of the vCenter entry
- from the menu that appears select "Start Collecting"
After the collection is started for the vCenter the expected metrics were then expected to be visible under the VCF Operations UI > Capacity pages
