Issue/Introduction

Devices show missing data on the NetOps portal after December 17․ ‌

ERROR MESSAGE: "Missing data for few devices on Netops portal"

SYMPTOMS:

Reports display no data for specific devices starting mid-December․
Data collection gaps identified on the application end․
Portal view is incomplete for certain networked assets․

CONTEXT: Issue occurs within the DX NetOps portal environment following upgrades or configuration changes․

IMPACT: Users cannot view historical or real-time performance data for impacted devices, affecting network monitoring visibility․

Cause

Defect DE181039 which generates the following error in the Data Collector RootException.log file.

Resolution

Upgrade to 25.4.5, the release expected to include the solution for DE181039.
