Unable to add rest host "Getting Read timed" out error

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18

Cause

Found to be a DNS issue where it could not resolve the fqdn of Rest Host

Resolution

Ensure to add DNS record in DNS server. Validate if they have a external DNS server. Once DNS added able to add the Rest host successfully
