IMSResources Missing Translation of View Submitted Task edit and view buttons

Issue/Introduction

This missing translation occurred with French but does happen with all other localized languages. 

 Results list from "View Submitted Task". Hover over text of the task list still shows English (i.e. View/Edit) even though other language settings have been set.

Cause

The \iam_im.ear\custom\resourceBundles\IMSResources_fi.properties file did not have a proper translated value in the properties that control the displayed value for the buttons global.button.view and global.button.edit which is why English was still seen in the UI. 

Resolution

Please open a case with support and refer to DE659743.  A fix is available. This fix will be rolled into future 14.5.1 cumulative patches.
