VCF Operations appliance update with VVF License only

Issue/Introduction

VVF (VMware vSphere Foundation) licenses are used in the environment. 
Due to this Fleet Management capabilities are not available in VCF Operations. (Only available with VCF licenses)

How should VCF Operations be updated without Fleet management?

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

Fleet management capabilities are available only with VCF license as per :

VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware vSphere Foundation:Feature Comparison & Upgrade Paths

Resolution

1. Download the Aria Operations Update pack using Download Broadcom products, patches and software KB.
2. Access VCF Operations admin UI by this URL . https://<fqdn of ops node>/admin
3. Click on Install software update button and upload the downloaded pak file
