SFTP backups of VCF Automation and VCF Identity Broker are failing

Issue/Introduction
After configuring an SFTP backup target in VCF Operations you notice backups of VCF Automation and VCF Identity Broker (VIDB) have a failed status.
Environment
VCF Operations 9.x
Resolution
Ensure port 22 is open between the SFTP backup location and all the VCF components (Automation, Fleet Management, VIDB and Operations).
ssh to each VCF component and run curl -v telnet://sftp-endpoint-here:22 which will return 'connected' if port 22 is open.
