VCF Operations for Networks (formerly known as Aria Operations for Networks) is failing to add VMware Avi Load Balancer

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to add a VMware Avi Load Balancer as  a Data source on VCF Operations for Networks
• Multiple attempts failed to integrate AVI with an error "invalid credentials".
• Version details : 
  • VCF Operations for Networks (formerly known as Aria Operations for Networks) version: 6.14.1.1755947807
  • VMware Avi Load Balancer version: 30.2.4-9071

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks 6.14.x

VMware Avi Load Balancer 30.2.2 

Cause

As per our Product Interoperability Matrix the VMware Avi Load Balancer version 30.2.4 is NOT supported. The last supported version is 30.2.2. after this is no longer supported. This is owned by ANS division.

 

Resolution

Per the Product Interoperability Matrix  with reference to the image below, it is no longer supported. 

Also "VMware Avi Load Balancer" as per product policy The "NSX Avi Load Balancer" name has been updated in the Avi documentation from 30.2 onwards.
