Receiving EZD1929I message when starting IBM DBB

Issue/Introduction

During the IBM DBB startup on an environment with Top Secret, the following messages were received:

Error configuring SIOCSPARTNERINFO, ERRNO=1162

EZD1929I TCPIPG SECURITY DOMAIN NAME NOT DEFINED

Resolution

It is necessary to define permissions for the resources EZBDOMAIN and EZB.IOCTL.*.*.PARTNERINFO.
