In Service point How to list the description of request area instead of symbol of request area.

Issue/Introduction
While hovering mouse over the Request are in service point, Tool tip display the Request Are symbol.
Client wanted to display the description of the Request area.

Resolution
Service point/Xflow webpages are not customisable out of the box.
