SEP for Linux で sisevtd が "not running" と表示される

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) for Linux のインストール後、status.sh を実行すると sisevtd のステータスが "not running" と表示される。

/var/log/sdcsslog/evtdlog/sisevtd_0.log に以下のエラーが記録されている。

<error> MainProg: Kernel version not supported, stopping the service

Environment

• SEP for Linux 14.3 RU9

Resolution

1. 以下のコマンドを実行し、インストールされている sdcss-kmod のバージョンを確認します。

# /usr/lib/symantec/version.sh

2. List of kernels supported in SEP Linux 14.3 RU9 を参照し、ご使用の Linux に対応する最新の KMOD バージョンを確認します。

3. 現在インストールされているバージョンが古い場合は、最新の sdcss-kmod を含むフルインストーラーを作成し、SEP を再インストールしてください。

最新の sdcss-kmod を適用しても事象が解消されない場合は、GetAgentInfo スクリプトを実行し、生成されたログファイルを添えてテクニカルサポートまでお問い合わせください。
