Controller: Probe 'icmp' FAILED to start the system cannot find the file specified

Issue/Introduction

Although icmp probe version 2.00 is supported for CU5 or higher, it is important to note that the probe requires java_jre21 to be deployed on the robot, otherwise icmp will fail to start.

Controller: Probe 'icmp' FAILED to start (command = ../../..//bin/java.exe -Xms32m -Xmx2048m -XX:MaxNewSize=716177408 -Djava.library.path=../../../probes/network/icmp/lib -jar icmp.jar) error = (2) The system cannot find the file specified. 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4 CU5 or higher
• ICMP v2.00

Cause

• java version

Resolution

icmp v2.00 requires java_jre21 to be deployed on the robot where icmp is running.
