[VMC] VM restarted by HA event

Issue/Introduction

A virtual machine has been restarted by an HA event. 
The SDDC version is previous to 1.26. 
The below event is seen in the vmware.log file for the affected VM:

IOFIPC: c297: Fatal error on client IPC connection '215' (err: 104): Connection reset by peer

Environment

VMC on AWS

Cause

This is a known issue seen in SDDC versions before 1.26. 

Resolution

• There is currently no workaround for this issue. 
• This issue is resolved in SDDC versions 1.26 and newer. 
• To request an upgrade to 1.26, open a ticket with the VMC on AWS Global Support team. 
• Include the following information in the ticket:
  • Organization ID
  • SDDC ID
  • Preferred dates and times for upgrade
