Issue/Introduction

AWS announced on December 2nd 2025 that they are currently replacing traditional Business Support with a new AI-powered plan called AWS Business Support+

Currently support within the CloudHealth platform of the new support tiers is limited and the current known impacts are outlined further below.

This page will continue to be updated as our product and development team work to implement further support in the future.

Cost and Usage reports Not Currently Supported  Business Support+ is not separated into its own Service Item category and is grouped under traditional Business Support
Drilldowns Supported Business Support+ LineItems are available in drilldowns
FlexReports Supported Business Support+ LineItems are available in FlexReports
Partner Billing Rules Not Currently Supported Workaround is to create a Partner Billing rule with Custom Pricing to mimic the new tier rates as shown in screenshots below.
