When attempting to download product binaries or upgrade packages (such as VMware NSX, Aria, or Symantec) from the Broadcom Support Portal, the checkbox next to "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" is disabled or cannot be selected.
The download validation logic requires you to access and view the "Terms and Conditions" document before the consent checkbox becomes interactive. This ensures the terms are presented to the user prior to agreement.
To enable the "agree to terms" checkbox and proceed with your download:
