Cost Report Months Displayed Out of Order (NX)

Issue/Introduction

The months in the Cost report appear jumbled or unsorted

Resolution

To sort by months we will need to update the ORDER BY clause to:
ORDER BY timeInterval_Month ASC
The months should now display in proper chronological order.
