Issue/Introduction

The install process stop with this error on the step Generate NSX Input for configuring NSX: A problem has occurred on the server. Please retry or contact the service provider and provide the reference token. Reference Token.

Error seen in the /var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log

 Entity ClusterComputeResource:domain-c###### not found , The object 'vim.ClusterComputeResource:domain-c#####' has already been deleted or has not been completely created

Environment

VCF 9 Installer

Cause

A cluster was removed and recreated after the VCF installer workflow was started.

Resolution

This often requires VMware Technical Support to have a live call with the customer to properly resolve this issue.
