Using wf object CASM Report API

Issue/Introduction

When trying to use the WF object/factory via CASM Reports API, the API returns 500 "The factory wf is restricted for GET operation".

Environment

Service Management 17.4 RU4 and later

Resolution

As of now (Feb 2026), this object is not currently supported by the CASM Reports API. Here are the supported objects/factories: in,cr,pr,nr,chg,iss
