How does Baseline Variance get calculated at Task level?

Resolution

Baseline Variance is ETC at Baseline - Current ETC.

Examples:

• If current ETC is 32, and a Baseline is created, then ETC at Baseline is also 32. So, Baseline Variance is 0
• If current ETC gets changed to 64, then since ETC at Baseline is 32, Baseline Variance becomes -32.
