Email notifications from ITPAM 4.4 agent machine is failing post migration

Issue/Introduction

Notifications/Emails from the agent using Java 11 are failing on both Linux and Windows.

The Email notifications are working as expected in the Orchestrator, but not on the agent.

The email operator is failing on the agent side and moving into a blocked state, displaying a generic system error.

Environment

ITPAM 4.4 CP04

Cause

Due to an incompatible .jar file on the agent machine.

Resolution

Provided "jakarta.activation-1.2.2.jar" and replaced it in the Agent machine, which solved the issue with email notification.
