How to edit or add your company Logo for the Quarantine's digest emails

Issue/Introduction

This article describes the steps in order to allow adding your company's logo in the Quarantine notifications or digest.

Resolution

In order to add your company's logo to the quarantine notifications or digest, the quarantine Administrator can follow the below steps: 

1 - Log in to your quarantine portal depend on your region  https://eu.quarantine.symantec.com or https://us.quarantine.symantec.com

2 - Select Manage Email Template as shown in screenshot: 

3 - Generate the template you would like to edit or add your company's logo in the drop down menu, then click Get Template as shown below: 

4 - Once the template is generated, you can click on Shown source so you can Edit the HTML code IMG source: 

Note: To generate a correct logo or image source code (IMG SRC or URL) you may need a specific hosting service that is able to generate the correct syntax.
