Earliest start time not considered in the calculation of Forecast results

Issue/Introduction

The earliest start time set on the start task of workflows is not taken into account in the calculation of schedule simulations, which gives inconsistent forecast results.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a workflow
- Add a task between the start and end of this workflow.
- Set earliest start time to start object
- Create a forecast of this jobplan

Environment

Automation Engine v24.4.3 and v24.4.2

Cause

DE180725

A problem has been fixed that prevents displaying proper forecast results.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
