Issue/Introduction

Failing to set reserved-route-ports, which is the number of route ports you want to allow the space to reserve.

$ cf update-quota runaway --reserved-route-ports 1001
Updating org quota runaway as admin...
Total reserved ports must be -1, 0, or a positive integer, and must be less than or equal to total routes.
FAILED

Cause

reserved-route-ports only accepts -1 ~ 1000. -1 means unlimited. 

This is an example to set unlimited reserved-route-ports.

$ cf update-quota runaway --reserved-route-ports -1

$ cf org-quotas
Getting org quotas as admin...

Resolution
