User tag not getting removed from alerts

Issue/Introduction
We have removed user tags from robot, OC and hub but still the user tags are getting mapped to the alerts in Nimsoft.
Environment
UIM 23.4 CU4
Resolution
Set the OS_USER_retrieve _from_robot option in hub configuration and deactivate & activate the NAS.
