Learn Mode not available for some devices with RDP applications configured in the access policy

Issue/Introduction

You have multiple RDP servers configured in PAM, assigned the RDP access method and also assigned RDP applications for Windows transparent logon. When you go to the access page as an administrator that has policies defined for these devices, you find that for some devices you have the option to launch learn mode:

 

But for other devices the learn mode option is missing and you cannot complete the transparent login configuration:

Cause

Devices that have console mode checked for the RDP access method will not present the learn mode option, since console mode is not suitable for launching RDP application services.

Resolution

Uncheck console mode in the RDP access method configuration for any device for which you want to configure and run RDP applications with transparent login.
