Issue/Introduction

Using the Capacity vs. Demand by Resource Report copy (and even using sample report directly), exporting using both PDF and PPT, the Availability "yellow" line renders blue matching Allocation blue line color.

Resolution

Upon reviewing the line graph export issue in the Clarity 16.4 MUX Capacity vs. Demand by Resource report it was determined that the widget uses a dynamic index for line colors (1st Metric = Blue, 2nd Metric = Yellow, 3rd Metric = Purple) rather than allowing for explicit color selection. The export service was receiving incorrect color mapping, which caused both the Availability and Allocation lines to appear blue in the PDF export. To resolve remove and re-added the metrics to force a refresh of the color mapping and the export will render correctly. The issue is likely a one-time sync issue. There is room for improvement regarding explicit color selection in the widget to prevent future mapping issues and provide a more consistent report appearance.
