Web Server (AEWS) unable to connect to database

Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error when attempting to start the WebServices processes:

Environment

AutoSys 12.x and 24.x

Resolution

The tnsnames.ora file and the directories leading up to it need to have read/execute permissions by the unix user under which the autosys web server process is supposed to be running
