When restarting VNA, Spectrum is flooded with old events/alarms
Spectrum 24.3.7 and earlier
Virtual Network Assurance all supported versions.

This issue is resolved in DX NetOps 24.3.8 and later:
Symptom:
During a Tomcat restart on a DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance
(VNA)-integrated OneClick or a User Domain full synchronization, historical alarms/events are retrieved from VNA, leading to the creation of duplicate alarms in Spectrum.
Resolution:
With this fix, Spectrum implements the code changes to manage the Tomcat restart and VNA User Domain full synchronization functionality so that no duplicate alarms are generated.
