Installing PAMSC agent on rhel 9.7 getting error : Invalid cross-device link

Issue/Introduction

On a linux servers on which, in the last weekend you upgraded OS to RHEL 9.7,
You tried to upgrade PAM from 
         Module Name:                  Version+(Min)        Compilation Date
         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
/usr/seos/bin/seosd                    14.10.50.166        Jun 14 2024 00:51:20
/usr/seos/bin/SEOS_syscall             14.10.50.166        Jun 14 2024 00:55:45  

to the release compatible with RHEL 9.7: pamsc-14.10.70.129-_LINUX_X64.zip

On both servers you got this error during the upgrade attempt

# ./install_base -client -nodns -g secadm -d /usr/seos -log -autocfg ./14.10-0.cfg

RHEL 9.7: pamsc-14.10.70.129-_LINUX_X64.zip

Cause

Install base has a problem and needs to be replaced

Resolution

New install_base with fix resolution, contact support in case of need.

Fix will be added in next PAMSC releases
